About us
Enriching the community, one home at a time.
Assisted Living Care Homes is an Ontario organization providing permanent supportive housing and assisted living for individuals who need consistent, compassionate daily support.

Who we are
We create homes where people who have faced instability can settle, be supported, and belong.
Our homes combine the comfort of a residential setting with staff presence around the clock. We support with daily living, meals, medication routines, and social connection — while working closely with the agencies, families, and professionals already involved in each person's life.
Mission
To provide safe, stable, and dignified supportive living where every individual receives personalized care, consistent daily support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful life within their community.

01
Why permanent supportive housing matters
Short-term placements can leave people cycling between shelters, hospitals, and temporary beds. A permanent home with support built in breaks that cycle and gives people room to recover and grow.
02
Stability & routine
Predictable meals, consistent staff, and familiar surroundings reduce stress and make it easier to manage health, relationships, and everyday responsibilities.
03
Dignity
Residents are adults with their own choices, histories, and goals. Our role is to support — never to diminish — their independence.
“Home is not just where you live. It's where you're known, expected, and cared for.”
